Expected Hiring Range Minimum: $55,300.00

Expected Hiring Range Maximum: $69,700.00

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Type: Full-Time/Regular

Responsible for performing audits, reviewing reports and performing general administrative and analytic work to assist with the administration of the Boston University Benefit Plans including compliance with applicable state and federal laws.

Required Skills:

The Benefits position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related area and one to two years of demonstrated knowledge of general human resource practices or equivalent.
