The Department of Economics welcomes applications for a BSU-GDUT Dual Degree Program Manager. This position provides oversight and coordination of Ball State University's (BSU) dual-degree partnership with Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT), and is an excellent opportunity for an organized, proactive individual who enjoys working in a collaborative, intercultural environment and wants to contribute to a growing global education partnership.
The Program Manager is an integral member of the program, entrusted with advancing the academic mission, operational excellence, and strategic growth of this international partnership. This is a full-time, on-site position based at BSU in Muncie, Indiana, and serves as the central point of coordination for program logistics, communications, and day-to-day operations. Working closely with the 3+1 Program Director, the manager supports faculty and students and maintains regular communication with GDUT and other key partners to ensure the program's operational success.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented, with strong attention to detail and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across units, and communicate effectively in an intercultural environment.
This position is supported with program-generated funds and is contingent upon the continued success of the BSU-GDUT 3+1 program.
