The Student Growth & Engagement Division, within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Growth & Global) portfolio, plays a central role in shaping the University of Wollongong’s future student experience. We are seeking an experienced and forward thinking Business Analyst to join the Future Student Systems Program (FSSP). In this role, you will contribute to the design, discovery and implementation of business-led improvement initiatives that transform the future student journey. Working closely with project managers, technical teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will analyse and document complex business processes, facilitate workshops, gather and validate requirements, and support change management activities. You will also play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the successful delivery of new systems, processes and ways of working. This position is ideal for a collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills and a passion for driving meaningful transformation across a large and dynamic organisation.
