About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative Executive and Business Services (EBS) team within the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine.

The team plays a central role in ensuring the smooth, effective, and efficient delivery of professional services to a wide range of stakeholders across multiple sites, including Bond’s main campus and the Bond Institute of Health & Sport (BIHS).

The Business Services Officer provides high-level administrative and operational support across a diverse range of functions. These include finance processes (accounts payable/receivable and purchasing), human resources administration (onboarding, offboarding and employment variations), travel coordination, event management, and day-to-day logistics.

As part of a collaborative team environment, the role also provides cross-team support and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
