Position Description
Designs and produces Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings of building systems for reference, historical documentation, use and production.

Major/Essential Functions

• Develop graphics and present materials to assist the department and the university in making decisions.
• Travel to other TTUHSC locations to understand how spaces are used.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing the construction document archives (both physical and electronic).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AutoCAD software.
• Experience with the terminology, methods, practices, and techniques of drafting.
• Experience preparing reports independently and implementing and maintaining effective office management systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office package, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite package. Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Portfolio of work provided; published recommendations/articles.

Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a related area and 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area.
