We’re seeking a proactive Campus Coordinator to support the Associate Vice‑President and manage campus administration, finances, and operations. You’ll prepare reports, budgets and business cases, oversee projects and engagement activities, and ensure the day-to-day campus operations run smoothly. This includes liaising with facilities teams, monitoring budgets, and supporting events such as open days and industry visits. Leading the campus admin team, you’ll allocate workload, mentor staff, and promote a positive, customer‑focused culture. Position Requirements
- Proficient in computer operations and business support software (Word, Excel, databases, email) and large corporate systems
- Experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior managers, including diary management, document preparation, and committee secretariat duties (agendas and minutes).
- Ability to monitor and report on budgets while ensuring all expenditure complies with financial policies and a sound understanding of financial processes and functions.
- Degree in business administration with experience, or extensive relevant expertise, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Desirable).
