Campus Service Specialist
Job Summary
Assist students and faculty with bookstore and vendor processes. Answer questions related to textbooks, inclusive access, and general information. Participate in student and faculty outreach campaigns including phone, texting, emails, Webex, and in person. Assist with data entry, verification of general office tasks and other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet students and faculty during semester, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with campus ID cards.
- Communicate to students, faculty, staff and the CCRI Community about adoptions and bookstore course materials.
- Perform clerical work, maintain files, and compile routine reports.
- Load and organize merchandise.
- Perform cash register functions.
- Utilize RIPTA bus pass system.
Minimum Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Demonstrated relevant work experience providing outstanding customer service
- Demonstrated excellent time management skills, high learning agility, creative problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written communications, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and database software

Hourly rate $21.00
