Assistant Director for Scholarship Retention and Success serves an integral and collaborative member of the campus community to implement strategies that promote the College’s Strategic Plan specifically around increasing retention.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree required. Minimum of three years of financial aid or scholarship experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills; Proven collaborative skills and a desire to establish new relationships among various departments across the campus. Excellent writer and dynamic presenter. Demonstrated experience with implementing retention strategies. Individuals with student success and retention experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust be able read, review, interpret and use reporting tools to help develop processes that support retention and the goals of the institution.
