Working at CQUniversity
Join CQUniversity as a Casual Engagement and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Administrator and support the delivery of impactful engagement and industry-connected learning initiatives within the School of Engineering and Technology.
In this role, you will provide hands-on administrative and coordination support across a range of activities, including organising events such as open days, workshops, industry sessions, and student initiatives. You’ll manage logistics, coordinate communications, respond to stakeholder enquiries, and maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting systems to support effective delivery.
You will also play a key role in supporting relationships with industry, alumni, schools, and community partners, assisting with engagement activities, meetings, and outreach programs. Working collaboratively within a geographically dispersed team, you’ll contribute to a positive team culture while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing the School’s external presence, including LinkedIn and other communication channels.
If you’re looking for a flexible opportunity to build connections, support student experiences, and contribute to meaningful engagement outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
