Position Summary

The Division of Business The Division of Business at Livingstone College invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor/Associate Professor position to begin in August 2023. Submit cover letter, resume/vita, unofficial transcripts if available, and three letters of reference.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The results you will deliver each day that matter most!

• Teach 12 to 15 credit hours per semester in addition to keeping 8 office hours each semester (Fall and Spring). 
• Actively engage in student mentoring and advisement.
• Assist in reviewing and improving the Entrepreneurship program.
• Attend department and division meetings.
• Find internships and job opportunities for students.
• Uses technology to enhance student learning. 
• Serve on college committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Division Dean.

Education/ Experience

What you will need to be successful!

• Master's degree or PhD in Entrepreneurship with orientation towards Business Administration from an accredited college or university. Teaching experience at college level and research experience are preferred.  
• Candidate must have entrepreneurial experience as related to start-ups and managing growing businesses.
