THE PROJECT
The University of Essex (UoE) in partnership with The Hepatitis C Trust (HTC) offers an exciting opportunity to a graduate with the relevant skills and knowledge to design, co-ordinate and implement a new strategic approach to apply the organisational expertise of lived experience support models to a broader range of applications.
At the Hepatitis C Trust, our aspiration is to broaden our delivery of peer-led support models for marginalised or disadvantaged communities, guided by lived experience, to an increased number of communities and wider range of purposes than previously. The project will support the HCT in thinking about diversification of their current offering as well as bringing a new perspective on programme design for return-to-work practice. Comparative analysis of other lived-experience support programmes in other countries will provide context and learning opportunities.
Due to the nature of the work, this appointment is subject to a criminal record check, known as a Disclosure.
