PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Dean, including serving as primary point of contact with internal and external constituencies on matters relating to the Office of the Dean.
Provides support to include composing correspondence independently on a wide variety of matters and researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Dean, including those of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Set and manage regular leadership meeting agendas to ensure alignment with the Dean’s priorities and to facilitate strategic, proactive, and collaborative communication across the entire college community—both internal and external.
Manage agenda and logistics for monthly chairs meetings and other department-wide and leadership meetings.
Support the Dean’s leadership of the accreditation process by creating systems and structures to maintain and document day-to-day work as well as ongoing quality improvement efforts.
Prepare agendas and materials for the Dean, ensuring the Dean is prepared for meetings and informed on key issues.

Compliance Salary Range Disclosure $90,000-$100,000
