Director of Student Disability, Health, and Counseling Services
Come make a difference at our beautiful lakeside campus as the Director of Student Disability, Health, and Counseling Services! This vital leadership position supports student well-being and access by overseeing disability support services, counseling, and health and wellness programming. You'll collaborate across campus to foster a supportive environment where every student can thrive - academically, personally, and emotionally.
We're looking for a compassionate and strategic leader with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You should have a strong understanding of ADA compliance, experience managing programs and teams, and the ability to develop and evaluate services that meet diverse student needs. Your approach should be student-centered, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement and equity in access and care.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, manage departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You'll assess eligibility for accommodations, respond to student grievances, develop wellness programming, and serve on key campus committees including the Crisis Intervention Team. You'll also design and deliver training for faculty, staff, and students related to accessibility, mental health, and wellness.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years full-time equivalent related experience required, including supervision and budget management. Experience managing ADA and/or similar compliance standards and statutes required.

Work Site Location: Coeur d'Alene Campus. Work Schedule: Typical college hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30.
