Clinic Receptionist (Casual Opportunity) (HEO 3)
- Based in UniSA Allied Health and Human Performance
- Casual reception duties across the UniSA Health Clinics
- Hourly Rate: $40.25 - $46.90 per hour
About the Role
Reporting to the Clinics Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support to the UniSA Health and Medical clinics. You will act as the first point of contact for enquiries to the clinic from within and external to the University, including email, telephone and in-person questions. You will provide ongoing quality customer service while ensuring effective management of clinic administrative activities.
Duties may be required to be performed at any of the University’s Community Health Clinics. Locations are in the Adelaide CBD, Magill, and Elizabeth.

UniSA Allied Health and Human Performance offers a wide range of degrees and conducts research in the fields of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, medical radiation sciences, medical sonography, speech pathology, clinical exercise physiology, exercise and nutrition, health sciences, public health, exercise and sport science, and human movement.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated previous experience in a reception or administrative position involving the provision of high-quality customer service to key stakeholders within and external to an organisation
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in using all programs in the Microsoft Office suite and a corporate information system
- Desirable – experience working in a finance administration role, and/or experience working within a health setting
