Client Services Officer

- Term: Fixed-term, full-time basis until 28 May 2026.
- Remuneration: $86,571 to $91,079 pa (HEW4) (inclusive of $73,154 to $76,963 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading).
- Location: Kelvin Grove
- Open to: Current staff members of QUT who have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the fixed-term appointment. Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join QUT Sport, People Services, Administrative Division.
The Client Services Officer, Sport is responsible for providing high quality services for clients engaging with the Fitness and Aquatic centres by processing memberships and providing exceptional service to students, staff and the community utilizing QUT's health and fitness facilities.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of an Associate Diploma level qualification with relevant work experience in a Sporting Facility.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service in a health and fitness customer-orientated, team-based environment, including attending promptly and courteously to customer requests with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a range of people at all levels and from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer systems
