Clinic Team Lead
Job Summary
The Clinic Team Lead is responsible for managing various aspects of patient treatment and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) at the clinic as well as perform direct service provision such as individual and group therapy, treatment planning and abstinence monitoring as necessary. This position will serve as the Clinic Manager's designee when they are absent or unavailable.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure the clinic's smooth daily operations.
- Acts as the designee to Clinic Manager in the absence of the Clinic Manager for clinical and/or administrative matters, and monitors caseload progress.
- Conducts quality assurance and continuous quality improvement practices and performs case audits quarterly and as assigned by Clinic Manager.
- Provide supervision and case staffing as required including supervision of staff involved in special programming such Drug Court and DUI services.
- Attends clinic team meetings and case conferences and proactively shares input regarding clinic's various patient treatment and relevant policies.
- Develops and implements the intake schedule and acts as an internal liaison for intake coordination for Parkside Clinic.
- Co-supervise ARTS employees who provide services to clients involved with the Department of Corrections, such as problem-solving court or probation.
Work Location
Onsite – this role will be assigned to a home clinic within Denver, Aurora, or Arvada Colorado.
