Description of the Department or Unit
The Department of Nutrition and Health Care Management has 25 full-time faculty and approximately 700 undergraduate and graduate students. The Nutrition and Foods programs include an undergraduate Didactic Program in Dietetics, a combined Dietetic Internship/MS Nutrition Program, online graduate programs in Public Health Nutrition including master's and certificate programs, and a new online Graduate Program in Public Health Nutrition and Dietetics. The Public Health Nutrition concentration curriculum is aligned with competencies defined by the World Public Health Nutrition Association and the Association of Graduate Programs in Public Health Nutrition. The undergraduate program also includes concentrations in Nutrition and Wellness, an accelerated admissions track for the Master's program in Public Health Nutrition, and Food Systems Management. Both the undergraduate dietetics program and the dietetic internship are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Nutrition & Health Care Management Department is seeking a 3/4 time Clinical Instructor to begin teaching in the 2026-2027 Academic Year - this position will have the possibility of move to a full time (1 FTE position in the 2027/2028 Academic Year, depending on funding availablilty).
Teach graduate courses in nutrition, including Dietetics Practice and supervision of Capstone Projects. Develop and manage supervised experiential learning rotations. Assist Program Director with competency documentation for accreditation. Other assigned duties by the Program Director.

Suggested Salary Range: Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
