We are seeking a motivated professional with strong organisational skills to join our team as a College Administration Officer.
In this role, you’ll coordinate essential administrative and student‑related activities, including grade processing, enquiries, timetabling, staff onboarding, financial tasks, and committee support. As a key point of contact, you’ll work closely with academic and professional staff, students, and the wider community to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, email, databases and key University systems such as TRIM, Finance One and Moodle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse clients and provide high‑quality, responsive service.
- Proven time‑management and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team, meet deadlines and coordinate tasks with minimal supervision.
- Completion of a degree; or an associate diploma with two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
