Job Description:

• Provides comprehensive academic guidance to program participants, including performing periodic assessments and monitoring progress.
• Assists with the implementation of all educational and supportive services activities. Coordinates educational excursions and provides workshops.
• Collaborates with relevant University staff in developing strategies to support Latinx and other underrepresented student populations on campus.
• Maintains participant's records and collects data necessary for all reports and evaluations.
• Assists in the development of retention strategies and researches best practices.
• Establishes and maintains working relationships with appropriate University departments as well as external agencies. Presents the program's best practices and effectiveness to national conferences and the University community.

Short Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
• Two years' relevant experience.
• Experience working with a diverse college student population.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel
