Community Education Coordinator

General Summary

Assists and supports in the coordination of CWE activities in the assigned geographic area of the Grand Island campus. CWE activities consist of, but not limited to, developing, staffing, managing, marketing, and evaluating community education programming activities; on-campus youth programming and youth camps; development of workshops for intra-college purposes; development, organization, and marketing of conferences, seminars, and workshops on various topics of concern to the constituents of our area. Performs necessary CWE functions in Elevate to include entering class information to up the Web catalog, general section and program instances, creating new students, registering, and withdrawing students, integrating Elevate student and enrollment data with Colleague, tracking class expenditures and revenue, processing payments, checking for duplicates, generating rosters and communicating with students. Management of the Pearson Vue testing center on the Grand Island campus. Serves as Pearson Vue test administrator on campus and at the Hall County jail. Responsible for maintenance of Pearson Vue computers and working with other centers/campuses on delivery issues and questions. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures.
