Job Summary
The Complex Coordinator assists with all aspects of delivering a comprehensive year-round residential program that fosters students' holistic development. This role has primary live-in responsibility for the administrative management and student development programming in a residence hall community of 1,000 students.
Employee is required to live on-campus in university provided apartment.

- Provides overall leadership for an assigned residential community.
- Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates residential staff...

- Maintains consistent and direct contact with students...

- Leads residential engagement efforts...

- Conducts cases utilizing Maxient...
- Participates in the on-call duty rotation...
- Prepares reports on resident activities...
- Coordinates with HRL Facilities...
- Monitors, reports, and follows up on work order requests.
- Collaborates with campus resources...
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two (2) years of related work experience. + Additional education may substitute for experience on a one year for one year basis.
- This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.

Working Conditions
- Employee is required to live on-campus in university provided apartment.
- Typical university residential facility atmosphere.
- Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related event.
- Workdays, areas, and work hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
Physical Demands
- Will require the ability to ascend/descend stairs to access all levels within a housing unit.
- May occasionally require navigating close quarters, small-enclosed rooms, and other small areas.
- May occasionally require navigating through cluttered student rooms and/or narrow passageways.
- May occasionally require moving furniture and related objects to and from the residential community or within a resident room.
This position will work primarily on campus. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
