Compliance Specialist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position utilizes multiple complex databases in Banner, Excel and other software programs to track multiple data points for the college's student's clinical agency requirements. Must have advanced skills in excel, Microsoft office programs, gmail and calendar. Must have excellent interpersonal and professional oral and written communication skills to interact with a variety of consumers (faculty, staff, students, external agencies, visitors, and families). Must have record of outstanding attention to detail and ability to problem solve and propose solutions.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Note: Some state job postings state you can qualify by an 'equivalent combination of education and experience.' If that language appears above, then you may qualify through EITHER years of education OR years of directly related experience, OR a combination of both.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
- Advanced skills in excel, Microsoft office programs, Gmail and calendar applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with a variety of consumers (faculty, staff, students, external agencies, visitors, and families).
