Position Summary:
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Cook C for Dining Services.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Assists in the overall cooking operations of a unit.
- Assists in guiding and instructing cooks helpers, grill attendant, and Dining Service Worker B in the performance of a variety of food items following standardized procedures and schedule.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High school/vocational school education or equivalent plus one year varied cooking experience in large volume institutional or restaurant setting.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
