Job Type: Contracted- Academic Calendar, Temporary but may be rehired in fall 2026

Timeframe: 35 Weeks

Shift: Position 1 Sunday- Thursday 7:00am-2:30pm

Position 2 Tuesday - Saturday 7:00am-2:30pm

Regular Days Off: Position 1: Friday and Saturday

Position 2: Sunday and Monday

Supervision Received: Report to Cooks (I,II,III)

Supervision Exercised: None

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).

General Statement of Duties:

Assisting full-time cooks (I,II,III) in the preparation and production of meals is a large volume setting

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper cooking techniques of vegetables, starches and proteins.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume food service facility.
