Job Description:

Follow instructions and established procedures to perform helper duties.

Education and Experience:

Must have experience working with fresh dough products.

Must have the ability to read, write, do simple math, use calculator, food thermometer and follow instructions.

Skills and Knowledge:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare assorted fresh dough pizzas working with fresh dough.
• Pan variety of simple meats, convenience foods, open cans, frozen foods.
• Assist on serving lines as needed.
• Take food to serving lines and replenish as needed.
• Store and date food items.
• Serve customers.
• Fill out appropriate paper work for computerized Food Service Production System (CSI) including service records and food production sheets.
• Proper storage of food items, cold vs. hot, raw vs. cooked.
• Observe safety and health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation.
