Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and general knowledge and skills in occupancy management with a foundational knowledge of student affairs administration, with two years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
StarRez database management; StarQL experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
KNOWLEDGE
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases
Knowledge of student housing systems and processes.
SKILLS
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
ABILITIES
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to utilize StarRez and Banner
Ability to communicate with students, parents, campus partners, facility, and staff.
Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days; M-F
Pay Band: B6
Salary: $43,888/annually - $49,000/annually
