Job Description
The Learner Services Coordinator reports to the Director of Learner Services and supports learners in courses and programs. This role acts as a primary contact for inquiries, manages workflows, and ensures data integrity. Responsibilities include learner support, record management, certificate coordination, payment support, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Answer learner inquiries and triage as needed.
- Create reports on Zendesk inquiries and develop best practices.
- Manage and update learner records.
- Coordinate certificate issuance with vendors.
- Administer payment plans and cancellations.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 4 or more years of experience.
Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools, detail-oriented, experience with CRMs like Salesforce a plus.
Additional Information
Standard hours: 40 hrs. per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Based in Boston with some remote options. Visa sponsorship not available.
