Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must have received their Ph.D. in a relevant field by the start of the fellowship, but no earlier than two years prior. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. Fellows are full-time staff at Cornell University, with employment based in the US.

Submit the following: a project abstract (max 250 words), applicant information and statements (including background, project description, impact statement, and CV), and letters of recommendation from four references.

• Project Abstract: Summarize the proposed project, methods, and impact.
• Applicant Background: Brief summary of doctoral research and career goals (max 250 words).
• Description of Proposed Project: Statement of context, objectives, methods, and significance (max 1000 words).
• Impact Statement: Summary of potential impact and engagement with partners (max 300 words).
• Curriculum Vitae: Include all accepted and published publications.

Letters of recommendation must be submitted separately by references by the deadline.

Pay Range

$61,008.00 - $87,000.00 annually, based on experience, education, and skills.
