CRNA Instructor of Practice
The Oakland University School of Nursing is seeking a highly motivated and qualified CRNA applicant to teach graduate students enrolled in the Oakland University-Beaumont Graduate Program of Nurse Anesthesia, beginning August 15, 2026.
Applicants will be expected to engage in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to teaching in the classroom, clinical mentoring, guiding the development of clinical doctorate projects, and developing and evaluating curriculum. A minimum of two years in a leadership or faculty role is preferred.
Candidates must be expert clinicians and able to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to service. The ability to effectively communicate and work within a team environment is essential. First consideration will be given to applicants who apply by March 15, 2026, with the continued search until the position is filled. The School of Nursing offers high-quality and accessible education through CCNE-accredited programs, including basic BSN, RN-BSN, BSN second degree, DNP in nurse anesthesia, acute care nurse practitioner, family nurse practitioner, adult-gerontology nurse practitioner, forensic nursing, post-master’s DNP, and a post-baccalaureate forensic nursing certification program.
