Cyber Resiliency Program Manager
Job Summary
Program Manager serves as the second-tier operational leadership to ensure CRC operations are conducted professionally and effectively. This position leads, trains, and mentors CRC Program Coordinator 1's and student assistants, and supports the CRC Director and Assistant Director, Operations CRC to ensure seamless operations. This position supports the development and implementation of the overall strategy, vision, mission, and goals for GCITC and its CRC programs and partnerships, ensuring consistency with the vision of the GCITC and the State of Georgia. This position also supports the CRC Director and Assistant Director, Operations CRC to help recruit and retain key partners, and to manage the customer pipeline and growth for GCITC CRC programs and partnerships.
Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to:
OPERATIONS AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:
- Manages the SAV (site assistance visit) program at the operational level, overseeing 2-3 CRC Program Coordinator 1 teams including up to 30 Student Assistants, while planning and executing 12-18 concurrent CRC SAVs at a time, ensuring standardized quality and consistency across teams.
- Utilizes and trains teams on SAV workflows, compliance and risk frameworks, and lifecycle management to oversee multiple engagements and manage dependencies.
- Uses analytical and advisory skills to lead vulnerability assessments, support the development of security testing plans and methodologies, and recommend remediation strategies.
- Manages the CRC team's execution of comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments, identification and classification of vulnerabilities and risks, and cybersecurity monitoring services.
- Develops and deploys skills in organization, team leadership, and operational planning to translate enterprise strategy into reliable, scalable execution of operations.
COMMUNICATION, REPORTING, AND DATA SYNTHESIS:
- Aggregates and synthesizes data from CRC Program Coordinator 1 teams, pulls required metrics for the Assistant Director Operations, CRC, and produces structured reports and briefings for senior leadership, serving as the primary operational voice for SAV performance and impact.
- Translates data into strategic insight through a strong knowledge of SAV operations, reporting standards, metrics, and executive briefing processes.
- Utilizes advanced skills in communication, synthesis, and stakeholder engagement, as well as maintaining executive communication channels and representing subordinate teams to support leadership decision-making and business growth.
LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
- Manages 2-3 CRC Program Coordinator 1s FTEs and up to 30 Student Assistants, pulls and synthesizes data as directed by the Assistant Director, Operations CRC, and briefs senior leadership on program performance, risk, and growth.
- Seeks continuous knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise resiliency policy and governance to help improve CRC services and help inform CRC mission alignment.
- Develops and employs skills in organization, team leadership, and operational planning to translate enterprise strategy into the successful execution of operations.
- Supports executive decision-making to progress professional development toward Director-level responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity or related field of study with a minimum of three years of cybersecurity team support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, cybersecurity, business or related field of study
- Industry IT or cybersecurity related certification
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, compliance frameworks, and team support or management
- One year of team leader experience

Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days/M-F (Work outside of normal business hours may be required)
Pay Band: B13
Salary: Minimum $68,500/annually
Salary to be commensurate with the qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum midpoint) of the position.
