What will you be doing in this role:
The Program Administrator is responsible for planning, implementing and administering the day-to-day operations of our Data and AI Governance program. The Program Administrator has the authority to make independent decisions related to program administration and contributes to the strategic planning, design, development and implementation of program objectives, procedures, processes and standards.
- Manage governance operations: support administrative functions for governance meetings, prepare materials, record decisions, track/close actions.
- Maintain governance frameworks: create and update playbooks, SOPs, decision logs, and an audit-ready document repository.
- Oversee AI lifecycle: support intake and governance gates, confirm deployment readiness, monitor live systems, manage retirements, and maintain a central inventory and dashboard.
- Ensure compliance & monitor regulations: enforce internal AI policy, track local/state/federal AI rules and guidance, and support incidents, remediation, and audits.
- Measure impact & value: gather adoption and outcome metrics and produce concise dashboards and one-page value summaries for leadership and program prioritization.
- Coordinate AI communications: align internal and external messaging, prepare executive briefs, and support stakeholder and executive reports and updates.
- Support enterprise priorities & AI programs: support Enterprise Data Intelligence strategy and priority AI programs-prepare executive progress reports, facilitate prioritization sessions, and provide operational coordination and program support as needed.
*Prefer someone living locally or willing to relocate to LA area, but open to remote in Approved States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas*
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Three (3) plus years of project support experience, preferably in a healthcare organization supporting Data & AI governance.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related area. (preferred)
