Digital Media Coordinator
SUMMARY
Assist and support the assigned area with coordinating and capturing video and photo content, and producing a variety of digital media including videos, reels, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, digital signage, web pages, and other multimedia materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensure the availability and functionality of audiovisual and media equipment by maintaining inventory and obtaining quotes for new or replacement items as needed.
- Organize and streamline video production efforts by creating and managing a calendar for video shoots, reels, recordings, and interviews.
- Support effective storytelling and communication by drafting scripts for videos and reels and preparing questions for interviews.
- Record events and key individuals by capturing video and uploading clips to the designated archive.
- Enhance engagement through post-production of video content and ensure timely delivery by uploading final reels/videos to appropriate platforms.
- Promote events, initiatives, and stories by creating and sharing digital content across HCC social media platforms.
- Maintain consistent messaging and workflow efficiency by coordinating with identified team members.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
Associate degree required
Bachelors degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
2 years experience in video production and other digital content creation required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience with MS Office Programs and Adobe Suite.
- Proficiency with PC and Mac devices
- Proficiency with graphic design and social media platforms.
- Experience with digital content and animation.
- Project Management skills.
