Director, High School Dual Enrollment
Job Summary/Basic Function:
High School Dual Enrollment (HSDE) has a program that allows high school students to earn college-level credits while completing their high school credentials. Concurrent enrollment courses are taught at the high schools, with students paying $5 per credit hour. This allows students to access college-level courses at a significantly reduced rate and provides the opportunity to earn a credential upon graduating from high school.
Under the direction of the Executive Director for High School Dual Enrollment, HSDE seeks a strategic, outcomes-driven Director to advance high school dual enrollment at scale, while embedding strong communications and events capabilities in a supporting role. The role is designed to strengthen compliant processes and data-informed decision-making. The Director will partner with Offices within Student Access and Success, Academic Affairs, and High School Partners to expand access to rigorous college coursework for high school students, improve transferability and student success, and elevate WSU’s presence in partner communities. The position combines program leadership with cross-cutting outreach and branding activities, ensuring a seamless student experience from inquiry through post-enrollment progression. This position also oversees Davis Enrollment Services at the Davis campus.
Required Qualifications:
Required:
- Master’s Degree.
- Three years of full-time experience working with high school and/or traditional-age college students preferably with academic advisement, admissions, financial aid, or student services experience.
- Ability to work at both the WSU Davis and WSU Ogden campuses as needed.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.

- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with computer-related applications used in enrollment services.
- Ability and willingness to become a skilled user of Ellucian Banner (INB and Self-Service), CatTracks, Argos and other technological tools used by the division and the University.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality training to others using these technologies.
- A customer-service orientation due to the importance of positive first impressions and positive subsequent contacts with on-campus and off-campus populations with whom communication is essential.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision: Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
