"Director of Financial Aid"

Hampden-Sydney College, founded in 1775, is seeking a collaborative, experienced, and student-centered Director of Financial Aid to help lead our enrollment efforts in this exciting next chapter. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Enrollment, the Director will provide strategic leadership, planning and management of all financial aid operations. The Director will play a vital role shaping the strategic direction of enrollment efforts, oversee daily operations (which include on-campus and regional recruiters), and foster collaboration across campus. This dynamic and experienced individual will partner with the Vice President of Enrollment and provide leadership to ensure the recruitment, selection, and enrollment of a talented student body.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and financial aid experience are required. The hiring salary range is $89,200 - $111,500.
