This individual must possess the ability to use varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with the CFDSO to develop strategic planning models and frameworks that drive continuous improvement and foresight-informed decision-making across non-instructional areas.
  3. Create and maintain decision support tools, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate the impact of institutional initiatives and inform planning.
  4. Design and deliver professional development for employees on co-curricular and operational assessment design, outcomes measurement, and data-informed decision-making.
  5. Partner with college divisions to integrate assessment results into co-curricular and operational program review, strategic planning, and resource allocation processes.
  6. Coordinate data collection and reporting related to co-curricular outcomes, including student engagement, service effectiveness, and operational performance.
  7. Promote a culture of inquiry by coaching departments to use data to reflect, learn, and improve.
  8. Support the integration of co-curricular and operational assessment into institutional reporting systems and accreditation documentation.
  9. Utilize the Watermark platform to help monitor, organize, and maintain archives for co-curricular and operational assessments.
  10. Serve as Accreditation Liaison Officer to ensure alignment and compliance with accreditation standards, recommendations, and best practices for institutional effectiveness.
  11. Participate as an effective team member on the Outcomes Assessment Council.
