Position Summary:

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Director of Player Services – Football for Athletics.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

• Performs a variety of day-to-day responsibilities in support of the Football Program.
• Reports to the Director of Football Equipment and is assigned by the Head Football Coach to perform duties within the football program's Equipment Operations department.
• Supervises and directs Equipment Room Graduate Assistants and Student Managers.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Graduate Assistant Equipment Manager experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or 2 years full time equipment manager experience.

• Use of athletic vehicles (vans, etc.). Maintain inventory system, Teamworks.
