  • Develop risk assessments, safe work procedures, and calibration protocols, and liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders on complex technical matters.

About You

You are an Electronics Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy applying your expertise to support both teaching and research outcomes.

You will demonstrate:

  • A degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) and eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia
  • Strong experience in PCB design (including signal integrity and design for manufacture) and embedded systems development and programming
  • Proven ability to construct, repair, and modify electronic systems and assemblies, with strong skills in interpreting schematics, technical documentation, and manufacturer specifications
  • Experience managing or contributing to technical projects, including planning, prioritisation, and delivery in a busy environment

Desirable:

  • Experience with LabVIEW and data acquisition systems
  • Knowledge of control systems and industrial sensors/actuators
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements
