Employee Services Officer

The role

• Multiple Positions Available (3 positions)
• Full time, fixed-term (12 months)
• Level 5 - $81,999 - $89,521 (plus 17% superannuation)

We're looking for three Employee Services Officers to join our People and Culture team. In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you'll be the first point of contact for HR and payroll enquiries-helping staff navigate systems, policies and processes with confidence.

About you

• Experience in administration, Human Resources support or a related field
• Strong customer service skills and a focus on delivering positive outcomes
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• Confidence using multiple systems and technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

As a vital part of the University's HR function, Employee Services fosters engagement and supports the transition to enhanced systems and streamlined business processes.
