Why your Role Matters
The role works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Team, supporting across the recruitment life cycle to help secure top talent for the university. As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to help coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and panel members across the University. You will provide first-class service to both candidates and clients. You will also be responsible for:
- Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Send interview confirmations, schedules and invites
- Manage recruitment finance and expenses using Concur
- Upload candidate documentation and update our recruitment system PageUp
- Post job advertisements across various platforms
- Monitoring background checks and new starter forms and following up on outstanding information
- Assist with adhoc requests and projects as needed
You will join a supportive and collaborative team of professionals passionate about recruitment with years of diverse experience to learn from.
Who you are:
This role will suit a proactive team player who is exceptionally organised, detail-focused, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. You will also need:
- Previous experience working in Recruitment or Human Resources administration function and/or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Ability to draft and prepare recruitment related documentation with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain high standards of ethical professional practice including protection of confidentiality of clients.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent client service with the ability to set priorities and effectively work independently and as part of a team environment.
- Demonstrated skills in using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, word processing, spreadsheets and experience in using Recruitment and HR systems, including data review and general reporting.
- Ability to set priorities and manage workflow independently for a high volume workload.
- Ability to use judgment and discretion and seek advice and assistance from senior/ specialist staff as required.
