English as a Second Language Assistant Professor - TENURE TRACK

About the Position

This ESL tenure-track instructional position includes a multiple-course teaching assignment each fall and spring semester that will require the use of discipline expertise, cultural humility, and student-centered practices to be successful (note: summer session opportunities are also available). Teaching assignments will include face-to-face morning, afternoon, and night hours as well as online instruction. This faculty position entails working in collaboration with our existing team of passionate educators on a variety of curriculum, program, and student success efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

In addition to contractual duties, all full-time faculty are expected to participate actively in their disciplines, department activities, and the general intellectual life and governance of the college... [full list 1-13]

Minimum Qualification-Education/Experience

Masters in TESL, TESOL... OR Bachelors in TESL... AND Masters in linguistics... OR the equivalent.

Salary

Initial salary placement... ranges from $68,136 to $112,848 per year (Up to $132k).
