JOB OVERVIEW:

Xavier University is seeking an Enrollment Content Strategist who provides centralized communications and marketing support in the Division of Strategic Enrollment Management. This position is responsible for providing leadership and support on all enrollment marketing planning and implementation throughout the full recruitment funnel including prospect communication, application generation, yield efforts, student onboarding and melt prevention. This position coordinates with Xavier staff and faculty to execute their plan through concise, creative, and engaging written communication.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive communication plans across diverse populations, delivering critical information on admissions events, financial aid and next steps to drive informed enrollment decisions.
• Execute multi-channel marketing automation and CRM strategies to guide prospective students through the recruitment funnel.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics, applying best practices and trends to optimize communication effectiveness.
• Support print strategy for concise, creative and visually appealing communications for various targeted audiences.
• Review marketing analytics and adjust plan based on appropriate metrics.
• Manage and proof digital content for the Xavier website.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CRM experience.
• Collaborate with campus partners to coordinate campaign details.
• Maintain a complex communication calendar.
