"Exam Sessions Support Role"

Job Description:

This role will:

• Set up and monitor exam sessions in accordance with the established procedures, including specific materials and instructions for each exam, as directed.
• Support student exams in person and online using UNSW processes.
• Align with and actively demonstrate the UNSW Values in Action: Our Behaviours and the UNSW Code of Conduct.
• Cooperate with all health & safety policies and procedures of the university and take all reasonable care to ensure that your actions or omissions do not impact on the psychosocial or physical health and safety of yourself or others.

A person engaged is generally expected to have the following skills and experience:

• Able to work accurately with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills
• An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
• Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
