PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM), the Executive Director – Enrollment / Admissions, provides management oversight of the recruitment and enrollment functions for all undergraduate and graduate programs at Presbyterian College. They will provide and ensure a unified and coordinated approach in executing the college’s strategic enrollment management plans and achieving the college’s goals for recruitment and enrollment growth, working in close partnership with the Offices of Admission, Financial Aid and Marketing.

The Executive of Enrollment / Admissions advises the VPEM on all matters relating to student recruitment, enrollment and retention and works in a collaborative manner to implement a comprehensive vision and strategy for enrollment management through staff management, team building, professional development and process improvement. Performs related duties as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive enrollment management plan that fully integrates the college’s enrollment management plans for all undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Builds enrollment management capacity to develop and execute strategic enrollment management inclusive of recruitment, admissions, marketing, retention, and completion.
• Develops strategic partnerships with public and private high schools, churches (with special emphasis on Presbyterian USA congregations, PS), to foster recognition of PC’s programs and educational opportunities.
• Works closely with college deans, faculty and other senior leaders to analyze enrollment related data, assess current strategies, and ensure attainment of established enrollment goals.
• Supervises the Assistant Directors of Admissions and Admissions Counselors, accountable for new student recruitment, providing training, research, data analysis, policy and programmatic support of enrollment management strategies.
• Ensures processes are in place for PC enrollment and recruitment representatives to interact optimally with the high school community, churches and key stakeholders.
• Supports college enrollment teams overseeing the recruitment, admissions, and onboarding processes, ensuring the distribution of needed resources to achieve objectives.
• Analyzes patterns and enrollment trends and identifies opportunities for process improvements; implements enhancements to procedures and systems to improve student experiences within their recruitment process.
• Facilitates the communication with high schools, administrators, prospective students and churches to help create student awareness of educational options available at CCC including pathways, financial aid opportunities and success stories.
• Collaborates with VPEM and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop and implement data-informed enrollment strategies and improve efficiency of processes and procedures.
• Develops and deploys professional development plans and opportunities to enhance staff and organizational knowledge of enrollment management and to ensure superior customer service.
• Plans for and implements strategies for use of technologies to communicate and build relationships with students and their families as well as schools.
• Collaborates with VPEM and CMO on strategies to identify student pipelines, student prospects, convert prospects to enrollments, and retain students.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
