Analyze data to assess the impact of AI on student learning, instructional effectiveness, and faculty engagement. Contribute to the development of an AI educational strategic plan and institutional guidelines for responsible innovation. Partner with Educational Technology Services and Information Technology to ensure seamless integration of AI tools. Share insights and innovations with the broader HPU community, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.

- A master’s degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field (PhD preferred). Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional faculty development programs and academic initiatives in higher education. Proficiency with programming languages commonly used in AI contexts, with the ability to support their application in educational settings. A strong grasp of machine learning, natural language processing, and other core AI techniques relevant to teaching and learning. A talent for translating complex technical ideas into accessible, actionable strategies for faculty. Experience working with diverse faculty across disciplines and a commitment to inclusive, student-centered innovation. Familiarity with data-informed decision-making and the ability to interpret and communicate learning analytics.
