Here at Dunwoody, we strive to match PASSION with PURPOSE. We do that by searching for industry experts to teach our students through first-hand experience. To teach in Dunwoody’s Web Programming and Database Development Program, candidates need to have their Bachelor’s Degree combined with a minimum of three years of experience in IT related positions. You also have the option to further your credentials through Dunwoody’s tuition reimbursement program.
New to higher education? We have you covered. Through the college’s Office of Instruction, you will learn things like how to develop curriculum, identify how your students learn best, how to keep your class engaged, and much more! What we expect from you is a passion for your industry you can share with your students and a determination to provide the best educational experience to the next generation of makers, fixers, and doers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 3+ years of industry experience in any combination of these technologies and or platforms: Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL Databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase), Python, js, C#, Java, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Secure programming practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Frontend/backend frameworks (e.g., React, Express.js, .NET Core), Cross-platform development (e.g., Flutter, React Native), Version control (Git), DevOps, AI and Machine Learning, Mobile Development, Full stack development
