The College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) is an innovative, inclusive, and cutting-edge college that successfully prepares professionals to promote learning and development across the life span, while contributing meaningfully to research in human and organizational performance, as well as in the learning and developmental sciences. The college, with nearly 130 full-time faculty members, more than 300 part-time faculty members, and four academic departments, offers 27 academic programs, at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. About the Position:
The Fiscal Administrator provides comprehensive fiscal support services and is responsible for the management and oversight of the fiscal operations of the department. The position supports a wide range of financial, travel, procurement, and revenue-related transactions, and handles department inventory, facilities, space, compliance, and risk management. The Fiscal Administrator ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with university, state, college, and departmental policies while supporting faculty, staff, programmatic operations, and departmental activities. The role plays a key part in budget development, financial planning and management to ensure sound fiscal stewardship and compliance with university, state, and federal policies and procedures.

- Processes and/or approves financial transactions (honorariums, payment requests, reimbursements, p-card purchases, eVA orders, etc.); reviews and approves reconciliations and supporting documentation ensuring accuracy and policy compliance;
