FM Mechanical Trades Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The FM Tech Mechanical Trades performs under the direction of the Plumbing Shop Supervisor.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for ensuring efficient operation of plumbing systems through routine maintenance and diagnostic assistance. Completing all assigned preventative maintenance.

Minimum Experience / Education:

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position's role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

• Basic experience in plumbing or the mechanical trade is preferred. Additionally, you should be able to create an atmosphere of teamwork.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to navigate and use Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
