Through innovative outreach, marketing and partnership activities, the team connects diverse communities with meaningful study pathways and supports equitable participation in higher education and training.
We are seeking a Future Students Assistant to support delivery of engaging campaigns, events and presentations that inspire prospective students. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will assist with planning activities, building relationships, representing the University at recruitment events, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. This role suits a proactive communicator with strong organisational skills and a passion for helping individuals explore their future study options.

Position Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in customer-facing or engagement roles (e.g. customer service, marketing, or education).
- Proficiency in using a range of computer systems and business software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and corporate systems.
- Experience working with diverse communities, including low socioeconomic, First Nations, and rural/remote groups (Desirable).
