Job Description
Service oriented with general knowledge of building maintenance. This employee must have basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. This employee will respond to work orders on a tablet with our work order system.
REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
This is an essential staff position that may be required to report to work when the university is closed or during inclement weather when a state-of-emergency has been declared. This position is part of the on-call rotation and will have to help with snow removal if needed. This employee will work with all trades to assist with work orders or projects as needed. Will be working on the general work orders, such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and changing air filters in HVAC units.

- 1–2 years’ experience in building maintenance preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license is required
