Gift and Records Coordinator
The Office of University Development maximizes private support for the University of Michigan.
As the Gift and Records Coordinator, you will:
- Update a variety of information on the customer relationship management application (DART) for alumni, donors, and friends of the University and process gifts and pledges.
- Create records and update biographical and degree information received through different sources including receipt of gifts and requests through U-M development community partners.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to the gift helpline, emails and online ticketing system to meet the department's service level achievement.
Note: Mandatory overtime of 10-20 hours per week during the calendar year-end November through January, including the holiday period, and fiscal year-end in June.

Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in data entry with minimal error rate.
Experience using advanced business software and computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Constituent Relationship Management tools and others.
Experience providing exceptional customer service.
Available to work overtime hours.
